Radic's classic model, the aluminum Acrolite, 404 snare drum.
The Acrolite is popular for its light weight and easy handling. Especially the ones from the 60's have a more open and milder sound, perhaps due to the thinner paint on the shell.
Serial 529973, probably made in 1968.
The switch and butt have been replaced from the original, and the built-in mute has been removed.
The hoop on the top has been deformed due to age and probably high pitch playing, but it can be tuned as it is now.
Acrolite is said to be powerful in recording. This is a must have for those who are looking for a vintage sound that can be used today.

ラディックの定番モデル、アルミ製のアクロライト、404スネアドラム。
軽量かつ扱いやすく人気の高いアクロライト。とりわけ60年代の物はシェルの塗装が薄いのか、よりオープンでマイルドなサウンドです。
シリアル529973で おそらく1968年製と考えられます。
入荷した一台は、スイッチ、バット部分がオリジナルから交換され 内蔵ミュートが外されております。
トップのフープは経年劣化とおそらくハイピッチでの演奏により 円形が変形しておりますが、現状でチューニングは可能です。
レコーディングで威力を存分に発揮すると言われるアクロライト。その音色の良さを 今使えるビンテージサウンドをお求めの方　に是非使っていただきたい1台です。
