We are pleased to announce the arrival of a high-class Japanese vintage YAMAHA L-41 made in 1981.

L-41" was the highest model in the regular lineup at that time.
The body top is decorated with Avalon inlay all the way to the neck end, and the head trim and bridge are also decorated with Avalon.

The body top is solid Ezo pine, back and sides are solid Palisandre, ebony fingerboard and bridge, and mahogany neck, all made of high-grade wood.
The inner leather label signed by Terry Nakamoto of Terry's Terry fame peeks out from the soundhole, making this one of the most sought-after Japanese vintage guitars for fans.

This model was manufactured from 1980 to 1985, and was made in 1981 with a dreadnought-style square shoulder body, which is rare among Yamaha brand guitars. The frets have been replaced, the neck fingerboard has been corrected, the truss rod has been oiled, and no major repairs such as wood cracks can be confirmed. The body is in good condition with no major restorations such as wood cracks.
There are some scratches and dents on the entire body, dulling of metal parts, and some paint bleaching, but it is in relatively clean condition.
The neck condition is also good, and the high performance is well maintained, allowing you to enjoy the Yamaha sound as much as you like.

The square shoulder has a tight midrange and clear high end, making it suitable for a variety of genres.
This is the highest grade of rare YAMAHA Western.

高級感溢れるジャパン・ヴィンテージ、1981年製 YAMAHA L-41が入荷しました。

当時のレギュラーラインナップとしては最高峰モデルに位置していた"L-41"。
ボディトップにはネックエンド部までアバロンインレイが施され、ヘッドトリムやブリッジも同様にアバロンの装飾がされている高級モデル。

ボディトップにはエゾ松ソリッド、バック＆サイドにはパリサンドルソリッド、エボニー指板&ブリッジ、マホガニーネックの仕様で、いずれの材も高グレードの材が使用されております。
サウンドホールからはTerry's Terryで高名なテリー中本氏のサインが入ったインナー革ラベルが覗く、ファンにはたまらないジャパンヴィンテージの一本。

1980年～1985年迄製造され、YAMAHAブランドでは希少なドレッドノートスタイルのスクエアショルダーボディが採用された本機は1981年製の個体で、フレットの交換、ネック指板修正、トラスロッドの油入れが行われており、木部割れなどの大きな修復は確認されません。
ボディ全体に擦り傷・打痕、金属パーツのくすみ、塗装の白濁が起こっている箇所がございますが、比較的綺麗なコンディションとなっております。
ジャパンヴィンテージらしく堅牢な造りであることも一因ですが、ネックコンディションも良好で高い演奏がしっかりと保持されており、思う存分YAMAHAサウンドをお楽しみいただけます。

スクエアショルダーらしく抜けの良い引き締まったミッドレンジとスッキリとした高音域が小気味よく、様々なジャンルに適応するサウンドです。
