Fender Custom Shop / Vintage Custom Series 1962 Stratocaster NOS Ice Blue Metallic in used condition!

The Vintage Custom Series is a very popular series that updates the vintage style and combines the Fender sound and high playability that everyone imagines.

Newly introduced in 2018 with the introduction of this series, the "Flash Coat Lacquer" coated "2-Piece Alder" body, 63 Strat Style "C" shape "Rift-sawn Maple" neck, "AAA Rosewood" "AAA Rosewood" "AAA Rosewood" "AAA Rosewood" "AAA Rosewood" neck, and "AAA Rosewood" "AAA Rosewood" "AAA Rosewood" neck. AAA Rosewood" fingerboard. The fingerboard has a 9.5" radius and Narrow Tall 6105 frets. The fretboard has a 9.5" radius and Narrow Tall 6105 frets for a comfortable playing feel regardless of playing style.

The popular "Hand-Wound 62/63 Strat" pickups are installed.

The above-mentioned "Flash Coat Lacquer" paint is not buffed, which is the final finish of the manufacturing process, and leaves slight polishing scratches on the surface.

The paint is so thin that you can feel the warmth of the wood when you touch it, and you can enjoy the good texture of the lacquer and the woody sound.

This unit was made in 2020. There are some dents and scratches, but the playability is good including the truss rod.

2018年、本シリーズ登場とともに新採用された「Flash Coat Lacquer(フラッシュ・コート・ラッカー)」塗装を施した「2-Piece Alder(アルダー)」ボディに、63 Strat Style "C"シェイプの「Rift-sawn Maple (メイプル)」ネック、「AAA Rosewood (ローズウッド)」指板。 指板Rは9.5" Radius、フレットはNarrow Tall 6105フレットを採用しております。プレイスタイルを選ばない心地よいプレイフィールを得られます。

ピックアップには人気の「Hand-Wound 62/63 Strat」を搭載しています。

上述した「Flash Coat Lacquer(フラッシュ・コート・ラッカー)」塗装は、製作工程の最終仕上げで行われるバフ処理を行わなず、僅かに磨きキズなどをあえて残しております。

触れていて木の温もりが感じられるほど極薄な印象を受け、ラッカーの良い質感が楽しめる風合いで、しっかりとウッディな鳴りが楽しめる塗装です。

本機は2020年製の個体です。打痕や傷などある程度の使用感はございますがトラスロッド含めプレイアビリティーは良好です。
