Early TUNE's best-selling TB series 5-string, the most popular non-jazz bass style in the 1980s

This is an early model of TUNE, an up-and-coming Japanese-made brand that suddenly appeared when Spector was introduced to Japan and a new trend for stylish, compact bass guitars arrived. This model retains the features of the early models, such as the BASS MANIAC logo on the body and the characteristic slant-shaped machined bridge (17 pitch, so be careful if you are not good at it). The color is "Pearl Snow White" which was the most popular color at that time.
The exquisite and "fashionable" lamé feeling, which other companies did not have, made us feel that a new era of musical instruments had arrived.
The fingerboard is made of phenolic (synthetic resin), an element that added a cutting-edge image to the many instruments on the market that used new materials, including the Steinberger, which was gaining popularity at the same time.
The design of the active circuitry does not feel old-fashioned, and the sound is a great product that can be used even today. The knobs have been changed from the resin ones of the time to cosmo black dome knobs.

This model is very important in the history of Japanese-made basses. It is a model that is very important in the history of Japanese-made basses!
