1980 Gibson ES-335TD with Coil Tap Switch is in stock!

This is a 1980 model with serial: 80730031.

The body material is maple with semi-hollow construction, and the neck is maple 3-piece with rosewood fingerboard, which was the specification at that time. It is also equipped with the original coil tap, which allows for a wide range of sound making.

The pickups are original super humbuckers commonly known as tar backs. As it is called "tar-back," the back side is hardened with epoxy resin to prevent feedback.

The POTs are hidden by solder, but there are visible POTs up to 1377X. Judging from the overall condition, the POT and capacitors are judged to be original.

Replacement parts are nut, frets, and pegs. The pegs have had the screw holes filled in when they were replaced.

There are some dents and scratches that are commensurate with the age of the instrument, but the playability, including the truss rod, is good. Please take a look at this opportunity.

シリアル：80730031の1980年製の個体です。

ボディ材はメイプルのセミホロー構造、ネックがメイプル3ピースにローズウッド指板というこの頃の仕様。オリジナルのコイルタップも搭載されていて、幅広いサウンドメイクが可能なのも特徴です。

ピックアップは通称タールバックと呼ばれるオリジナルのスーパーハムバッカーを搭載。タールバックと言われている通りに裏面をエポキシ樹脂で固めており、フィードバック対策がなされています。

POT関係はハンダで隠れて見えませんが1377Xまでは見えるPOTがございます。総合的に判断してPOTやコンデンサーもオリジナルと判断しています。

交換パーツはナット、フレットにペグとなっています。ペグは交換時にビス穴埋め処理をしています。

打痕やキズなど年式相応の使用感はございますが、トラスロッド含めプレイアビリティは良好です。ぜひこの機会にご検討くださいませ。
