The model was created by master builder Ron Thorn from Toronto, and is limited to 25 pieces. The body wood is made from 300-year-old Eastern White Pine taken from the beams of a building during a 2014 renovation, an old wood that is lightweight and has excellent resonance.

The one-fret inlay and engraved neck plate are based on the giant palm tree neon sign that has been in place since the instrument opened in 1948.

It also features a roasted Canadian maple neck ('59 D shape), African blackwood fingerboard, hand-wound pickups (Twisted Tele / Texas Special), Heavy Relic finish, vintage-style hardware, etc. The guitar is equipped with many high-quality specifications. A special hard case and certificate of certification are also included.

This guitar has a strong hollow feel and a superb raw sound!
