Mark Tremonti is one of the leading guitarists in the rock world. He achieved great success as the guitarist for Creed and Alter Bridge, and continues to be active as a guitarist and songwriter today. The relationship between Mark and PRS began when he was approached to try out a PRS guitar during the tour following the release of Creed’s debut album, *My Own Prison*.

"When I got the offer from PRS, I jumped for joy. Back in high school and college, it was a brand I wanted so badly but couldn’t afford."

PRS sent Mark a McCarty model, and he immediately took a liking to it. For a time, he played exclusively on the McCarty, but he eventually felt he needed a guitar that perfectly matched his own playing style—and this became the starting point for the Mark Tremonti model.His request was for a pickup with a bit more power for his backing work, which involves heavy palm muting, and a neck that suited his own style, influenced by thrash metal, shredding, and traditional blues. The result was the Mark Tremonti Signature with a Pattern Thin neck.

Although there are some minor scratches and dents, it remains in excellent condition.
The neck, frets, truss rod, and all other playability-related aspects are in perfect working order.
