Shigeru Suzuki / BOOSTER AMP B-1がused入荷です。
日本が誇る伝説のバンド、「はっぴいえんど」のギタリスト鈴木茂氏がプリアンプとして愛用してきた歴史的ディレイの回路を参考に製作したモデル。
『B-1』は、FET(真空管の特性に近いトランジスターの種類)が一石のシンプルなアンプです。
音を歪ませる為のエフェクターではなく、この小さなアンプの音を楽しんでもらう為に作ったものです。
コンプレッサーのように音の余韻を長くしたりということではないのですが、FETの特徴としてリミッターのような効果が少しあります。
つまり、弱く弾いた音は少し大きくなり、強く弾いた音はそのピークを抑えるというような効果です。
そして『B-1』の大きな特徴として、高い音の帯域と低い音の帯域がカットされ、400HZくらいのミッドローレンジから3KHZくらいのハイレンジがしっかりとした音になります。
専用アダプター、もしくは9Vバッテリー2本での駆動が可能です。

We have a used Shigeru Suzuki / BOOSTER AMP B-1 in stock.
This model was designed based on the circuit of a historic delay unit that was a favorite preamp of Shigeru Suzuki, guitarist for "Happy End," one of Japan's legendary bands.
The 'B-1' is a simple single-transistor amplifier using an FET (a type of transistor with characteristics similar to a vacuum tube).
It is not an effects pedal designed to distort the sound, but rather a small amplifier created for you to enjoy its unique tone.
It doesn’t extend the sustain of the sound like a compressor, but due to the nature of FETs, it does have a slight limiter-like effect.
In other words, it slightly amplifies softly played notes and suppresses the peaks of loudly played notes.
A major feature of the "B-1" is that the high and low frequency ranges are cut, resulting in a solid sound from the mid-low range around 400 Hz to the high range around 3 kHz.
It can be powered by a dedicated adapter or two 9V batteries.
