For customers residing in Japan
In 1998, Okada International—which was then a Sadowsky distributor and handled the manufacturing and sales of Sadowsky Tokyo—refreted, adjusted the fingerboard, refinished the fingerboard, replaced the nut, and converted a Fender Japan JB75-90 (of which only a very small number were sold) to an active pickup system (using NYC circuitry),upgraded to a BADASS II, and implemented noise reduction measures—a perfect recreation of “that” modification Roger performed on Marcus’s guitar.
Whether it’s the sound, playability, or precision, this guitar showcases the very pinnacle of craftsmanship. It is said that only the finest individual instruments were selected and modified at the time.

The original warranty card (now expired) lists “#005,” indicating that this is the fifth unit produced from a very limited run. It is an important instrument for understanding the history of Sadowsky.
Even after 28 years, it remains in excellent condition with few scratches or stains, and the fact that it still includes the original CARIBE string package from that era is a notable feature.
