We’ve just received a Custom-Built 1964 Stratocaster HSS Relic with a Roasted Quartersawn Maple Neck in Aged Charcoal Frost Metallic—a beautiful pre-owned guitar!

In addition to the classic Stratocaster alder body, this guitar features a roasted quartersawn maple neck.
The fingerboard is crafted from high-quality AAA-grade rosewood and features a player-friendly 9.5” fingerboard radius.
The neck profile is a “65 STRAT ‘C’,” offering just the right thickness for a comfortable grip.
It features 21 “Jumbo/6100” frets.
The finish is “Aged Charcoal Frost Metallic,” which recreates weather checking and the aged patina of the body.
It also features a relic finish, with rust and tarnish on metal parts like the tuners and bridge, combined with cracks in the body, creating a distinctive, weathered look!

The front and middle pickups are “HandWound Strat TEX Special REL” models.
The rear pickup is a Seymour Duncan “TB-4 Jeff Beck BLK,” resulting in an HSS configuration—a rarity for a Custom Shop Strat.
The controls feature a 5-way switch and modern wiring with master volume, front/center tone, and rear tone controls.
It seamlessly combines a vintage-like tone with powerful sound, making it perfect for a wide range of playing styles!!

This is a high-quality guitar that truly embodies the craftsmanship unique to Custom Shop Stratocasters.

This is a beautiful pre-owned guitar that was brought in in its original condition, having been purchased new and used very little. As a result, aside from the scratches from the relic finish, there are virtually no signs of wear.
