We are pleased to offer a 2012 Historic Collection 1960 Les Paul from Serial.

1960 was the last year of archtop/single cutaway Les Paul production before the full Les Paul model change in 1961 to the SG shape. This year's Les Pauls were used by some of the world's greatest guitarists.

This is the 1960 version, one of the few Burst reissues produced.
The "1960 Slim Taper" thin neck grip and double-ring Kluson pegs are among the most attractive specs of the Burst, both in terms of performance and looks.

This model has a beautiful top with fine light grain and mixed flecks.
The pickups are Burst Buckers with excellent response and power.
Well-balanced and clear sound matches a wide range of genres.

* Some scratches and dents show signs of use, but the playing condition is good.

1960年は、1961年にレスポール・モデルのフル・モデルチェンジが行われSGシェイプとなる前の、アーチトップ/シングル・カッタウェイのレスポール生産における最終年でした。この年のレスポールは、世界に名だたるギタリストに愛用されてます。

こちらはバーストのリイシューの中でも生産数の少ない1960仕様。
「1960 Slim Taper」の薄めのネック・グリップにダブルリングのクルーソン・ペグなど、演奏面やルックス面でも、バーストの中では魅力的なスペックが詰め込まれております。

本機は細かな淡い杢目にフレック混じりのトップが美しい1本。
ピックアップはレスポンス、パワーに優れたバーストバッカーを搭載。
バランスのよいクリアーなサウンドは幅広いジャンルにマッチします。
