MOON JJ5 believed to be from the 1990s
The JJ-5 with Bartolini pickups and preamps revolutionized the bass sound.
Many players at the time were using it.
The most popular color in the 80's was see-through red, but in the 90's, natural became more popular.
The combination of gold parts with this is very MOON-like, isn't it?

Originally, hum canceling Bartolini 59V pickups were mounted, but they were disconnected due to aging, so a new set of Bartolini 59J1 pickups were mounted, resulting in a deeper and more present sound. (Bartolini pickups are also evolving rapidly, aren't they?) Even when using one pickup, the noiseless and raw sound is appealing.

The pre-amp is a built-in "TBT," which has been split in popularity between the "TCT" and the "TBT," and the sparkling brilliant sound and the thumping "natural" sound in the bass register make this guitar a pleasant one to play.

There is no major damage to the body, neck, or other wooden parts. There are no playability problems such as neck frets.

Please experience the sound of the MOON JJ, which established an era of basses in Japan.

ベースサウンドに革命をおこした、バルトリーニのピックアップとプリアンプを搭載したJJ-5
当時数多くのプレーヤーがこぞって使用していました。
80年代での一番の人気カラーはシースルーレッドでしたが、90年代に入るとナチュラルの人気が盛り上がりました。
これにゴールドパーツを組み合わせるところがMOONらしくていいですね？

元々ピックアップはハムキャンセリングされたBartolini 59Vがマウントされておりましたが、経年劣化により断線したため、あらたに Bartolini 59J1 セットをマウントした結果、ディープで存在感のあるサウンドに変化しました。(バルトリーニピックアップもどんどん進化してるんですね)ワンピックアップ仕様時にもノイズレスで生々しいサウンドが魅力です。

プリアンプには「TCT」と人気を二分した「TBT」が内蔵されており、キラキラなブリリアントサウンドと低音域のドーンとした「いかにも」なサウンドが心地よい1本です。

ボディ、ネックになど木部に大きなダメージはありません。ネックフレットなどプレイアビリティに関わる問題は見受けられません。

日本でのベースの一時代を築いたMOON JJ ぜひ当時のサウンドを体験してみて下さい。
