ZVEX Effects and Yvette Young have teamed up once again to create a model featuring her stunning artwork printed on the Box of Rock Vertical.

The BOR reproduces the sound of the classic JTM45 (with all control knobs set to 10).
It pairs exceptionally well with Marshall amps, but can also be used effectively with many other amplifiers.
No matter where you set the Drive knob, you can adjust the amount of distortion with your guitar’s volume control, resulting in a very clear and clean sound.
The BOR has a very large headroom, and with a gain boost ranging from unity to 50x, there is minimal input impedance and hiss.

It is similar to the boost circuit of the SHO (Z.VEX Super Hard On), but has been refined to be closer to the input of a standard amplifier, resulting in less glassy, harsh sound.
The "BOOST" channel can be used on its own or in conjunction with the "DISTORTRON ENGINE" channel.
Since the BOOST channel is located after the DiSTORTRON channel, turning both on allows you to send stronger (louder) distortion to the amp, making it effective for boosting solos and other parts.
Controls

BOOST: Sets the boost level. The boost is linked to the left footswitch.
*Since the Drive and Boost controls are based on the original Super Hard On gain control, some noise may occur when turning the knobs, but this is not a malfunction.
VOLUME: Adjusts the volume level of the distortion engine.
TONE: Adjusts the high-frequency components.
DRIVE: Sets the amount of distortion.
There are signs of use, such as scratches and dirt, but there are currently no operational issues.

BORは、クラッシックのJTM45(全てのコントロールノブが10の設定)のサウンドを再現しています。
マーシャルとの相性が特に素晴らしいですが、多くの他のアンプとも効果的に使用することが出来ます。
ドライブノブをどこに設定しても、ギターのボリューム・コントロールでディストーションの量を調節でき、非常にクリアでクリーンなサウンドが得られます。
BORには非常大きなヘッドルームがあり、ユニティーから50倍までのゲイン・ブースターではインプット・インピーダンスもヒス音もわずかです。

SHO(Z.VEX Super Hard On)のブースト・サーキットに類似していますが、よりスタンダードなアンプのインプットに近く、ガラス質な耳障りな音も少なくなるよう改良されています。
"BOOST"チャンネルは単独でも、"DISTORTRON ENGINE"チャンネルとの併用でも使用することが可能です。
DiSTORTRONチャンネルの後段にBOOSTチャンネルがあるので、両方をONにするとより強く(大きな音量で)アンプにディストーションを送れることからソロなどをブーストする際に効果的です。
コントロール

BOOST:ブーストレベルを設定します。ブーストは、左側のフットスイッチと連動します。
*ドライブとブーストのコントロールは、オリジナルのSuper Hard Onゲインコントロールをベースにしているので、ノブを回したときにノイズが発生することがありますが異常ではありません。
VOLUME:ディストーションエンジンのボリュームレベルを調整します。
TONE:高音域の成分を調整します。
DRIVE:歪みの量を設定します。
キズや汚れなどの使用感はございますが、現状動作上の問題はございません。
