The “Desolation” series features an entirely new design unlike anything seen before in Charvel’s 30-year history.
The “Desolation Skatecaster SK-3 ST” is a modern reinterpretation of the distinctive “Charvel Surfcaster” model that debuted in the early 1990s, featuring a solid mahogany body and a bolt-on mahogany neck.
Key specifications include a rosewood fingerboard with a compound radius (12–16 inches) (24 jumbo frets, pearloid keystone inlays),Parloid binding on the body and headstock, two Charvel passive humbucking pickups with a 3-way toggle switch, a simple single-control (volume) configuration, a custom Charvel bridge optimized for the compound-radius fingerboard, black nickel hardware, and Charvel locking tuners (3-pair, 3-pair configuration).

Due to the matte finish, there are numerous scuffs and areas where the finish has lost its luster.
There are signs of wear, such as rust on the screws, tarnished metal parts, dents on the body, and dents on the tip of the headstock.
It has a strap lock pin, but the strap attachment is missing.
It has been cleaned, fully adjusted, and had the frets dressed since it arrived.

Condition Grade: B: Shows significant scratches and signs of use, but is in good working condition for normal use
