USED FENDER JAPAN / MG69 / Matching Head / Stop Tailpiece, Matte Black [06]

We’ve received a used MG69 / Matching Head / Stop Tailpiece, which has different specifications from the standard MG69.
It features a basswood body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard. Unlike the standard MG69, it is equipped with a Tune-O-Matic-style bridge and a stop tailpiece. This configuration eliminates the instability around the bridge that is characteristic of Mustangs, resulting in highly stable tuning and reduced string drop—making it ideal for live performance.
The front of the headstock shows some glossing in places, as well as white scratches and fine linear scratches. The back of the neck has several small dents scattered across it that appear to be impact marks. The front of the body has rice-grain-sized dents accompanied by paint cracking, as well as scuffs and localized glossing.While there are no prominent dents on the back of the body, there are minor dents, scuffs, and some areas of gloss loss. The sides of the body have noticeable scratches and dents near the elbow contour and the jack. The tuning pegs show signs of tarnish, giving the instrument a slightly used appearance.
It has been adjusted and cleaned at our repair center, and there are no issues with its current playability.
