This is a 12" K Zirjan produced in former Constantinople (now Istanbul), the roots of K Zirjan, and by extension the Zirjan Company.
* The stamp type is believed to be STAMP2.

Of course, there was no concept of hi-hat at that time, so it is thought to have been a kind of so-called matching cymbal, and the center hole is about 9mm, so it cannot be used with the current HH stand.
However, considering its rarity, we are selling it as is without any particular modification.

The sound of the bell is also very deep and goes through well, and you will surely enjoy the deep sound even by itself.

The cymbals are in good condition for their age, with no major damage to the edges or shaving of the holes, although there is some dullness and light rust commensurate with their age.

This cymbal is by no means practical to use as is, but it is quite valuable for understanding the history of cymbals.

Kジルジャン、ひいてはジルジャン社のルーツともいえる、旧コンスタンチノープル(現イスタンブール)で生産されたKジルの12インチです。
* スタンプ種類はSTAMP2と思われます。

もちろんこの時期はハイハットという概念もなかったので、いわゆる合わせシンバルの類だったと思われ、センターホールが9mm程度と、現在のHHスタンドでは使えません。
ただ、今回希少性を考え、特に加工することなくこのままで販売いたします。

12インチの厚めの個体で、なかなか単独で使いやすいサイズ、ウェイトではありませんが、ハイハットのボトムとして使用したりも可能ですが、ベルの音も非常に深みがあり良く通り、単独でも味わい深いサウンドをお楽しみいただけること間違いなし。

年式相応にくすみや薄いサビなどはございますが、ホールの削れ、エッジの大きなダメージはなく、この時代のシンバルとしては十分なコンディションです。

このままで使用するには決して実用的と言えないシンバルですが、シンバルの歴史を知る上でもかなり貴重なシンバルです。
