Ludwig's snare drums are famous for the LM400, which has a chrome-plated aluminum shell, but this is a snare drum with a chrome-plated brass shell.

The shell is seamless, which gives it softness, sharpness, and volume.
The brass shell has a gorgeous, thick core.
It is more powerful than the 400, and the open sound characteristic of Ludwig is more pronounced.

The switch is a P-85AC, and it is believed to be about 20 years old.
There are some minor scratches commensurate with the age of the instrument, but there are no particular defects and the sound is excellent.
It is still in good condition and can be used without any problems.

Ludwigのスネアドラムと言えば、アルミシェルにクロームメッキを施したLM400が有名ですが、こちらはブラスシェルにクロームメッキを施したスネアドラムです。

シェルはシームレス(継ぎ目なし)となっているため、柔らかさとキレ、音量もしっかりと稼げます。
ブラスシェルならではの華やかさ、芯の太さが特徴。
400よりパワフルで、Ludwig特有のオープンなサウンドがより際立つサウンドとなっています。

スイッチはP-85ACで20年くらい前の個体と思われます。
細かい傷等は年式相応に散見されますが、特に不具合なくサウンド良好。
まだまだ十分問題なくお使いいただけます。
