This is a standard Gretsch USA Custom Series model, 14x5", 8 tension.
The shell is also thin and seems to be from the Jasper shell era (80's-90's).
Of course, the parts are made in the U.S.A., and the thinness of the shell gives the snare a fat and soft sound with a slightly withered feel, but it also has a firm attack.
It is a snare that is easy to use not only for jazz, but also for pop music.

There are some scratches and other signs of use commensurate with its age, but there is no major damage to the shell, the sound is good, and the shell also rings well. It is still in good condition and can be used well.

グレッチのスタンダード、USAカスタムシリーズの定番14x5インチ、8テンションのモデルです。
シェルのも薄く、ジャスパーシェル時代の個体(80年代‐90年代)のもののようです。
もちろんパーツはアメリカ製時代のもので、シェルの薄さも相まって、やや枯れ感がありつつもファットで柔らかく、なおかつしっかりアタックも出るので、グレッチらしい点とだしつつも、太いサウンドが得られるスネア。
ジャズ系はもちろんのこと、ポップス等でも使いやすいスネアです。

年式相応のパーツの傷等使用感はありますが、シェルの大きなダメージもなく、サウンド良好、シェルも良く鳴ります。まだまだ十分にお使いいただけるコンディションです。
