The Historic Collection 1958 Les Paul made in 2023 is now in stock!

Along with the 1959 Les Paul, the 1958 Les Paul Standard deserves the name "The Les Paul".

The body is made of plain maple top and 1 piece mahogany back.
The neck is 1 piece mahogany with 50s Rounded Medium C shape neck, which is almost the same neck shape as the 59 Les Paul.

The finish is the popular "Lemon Burst", a faded orange drop color.
The neck and bridge are equipped with Custombucker Alnico 3 (unpotted) pickups, which give the guitar a vintage-like sound with a nice spread of mids, an essential pickup for the current Gibson Custom Shop.
The hard plain maple top is a perfect match with the excellent response of the 58 Les Paul, and the Custom Backer Unpotted gives the guitar a royal Les Paul sound.

The tuning machine has been replaced with a Grover metal keystone button, and there are traces of the original parts.
The pegs have been replaced with Montreux Time Machine Collection knobs.
The pickups had been replaced by the previous owner, but have been returned to their original custom buckers.
Setup (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, rubbing, pickup replacement, and knob replacement) has been done upon arrival.
