The Precision Bass and Jazz Bass are two of the most iconic Fender basses. This is a Squier (by Fender) Vintage Modified Precision Bass PJ, 2017, which combines the best of these two models.

The Vintage Modified series is based on vintage style with creative modern specs throughout. Agatis body, modern C-shape maple neck, 9.5R fingerboard, 20 medium jumbo frets, Fender-Designed Single-Coil Jazz Bass on the rear PU, etc.

Based on an orthodox precision bass, this model is equipped with PJ pickups, a modern fretboard R, and medium jumbo frets, and is recommended for beginners.

The front PU has been replaced with a Bartolini 8S and 3 new knobs. There are some bumps on the back of the neck at the 3rd fret that may be from the manufacturing process. Some signs of use (scuffs and scratches, picking marks on the pickguard film, fogging of metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).

The fretboard has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret adjustment) upon arrival, the fret board is high enough to play, and the truss rod can be adjusted to +/- 60 degrees.

ヴィンテージスタイルを基に独創的なモダンスペックを随所に取り入れたVintage Modified・シリーズ。アガチス・ボディ、モダンCシェイプのメイプル・ネック、9.5R指板、20ミディアムジャンボ・フレット、PUはリアにFender-Designed Single-Coil Jazz Bassを等搭載しています。

オーソドックスなプレシジョンベースを基にPJピックアップを搭載、現代的な指板Rやミディアムジャンボ・フレットといったスペックを持ち、初心者の方にもおススメのモデルです。

フロントPUをBartolini 8Sに変更、ノブｘ3交換。ネック裏3フレット部に製造時からと思われる木部凸があります。若干の使用感(スレや弾きスジ、ピックガードフィルムにピッキング痕、金属パーツやネジ類の曇り、等々の外観ダメージ)が見られます。

入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・フレットすり合わせ)済み、フレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッドは締める方向・緩める方向調整可能で±60°まで動作確認済みです。
