It features a bold bird's eye maple 1-piece neck and oil-finished koa body. This is a Charvel Custom Shop San Dimas Koa S/H.

Currently operated under the Fender umbrella, the Charvel Custom Shop is manufactured at the Fender Corona factory, just like the Fender Custom Shop. It has a beautiful 2-piece koa body with apparent hardness, 1-piece bird's eye maple neck, 1Vol/PU selector, and Floyd Rose tremolo.

The PU has been changed to a Dimarzio DP425 Satch Track Neck & DP216 Mo'Joe with Joe Satriani front and rear, GOTOH locking pegs, and the PU escutcheon and selector cap have been replaced.

The guitar shows signs of use (scuffs and scratches, minor scratches around the body, picking marks, darkening of the fingerboard surface, fogging and bits on metal parts/screws, etc.).

The fretboard has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret adjustment) upon arrival, and the fret board is slightly low but high enough for playing.

現在はフェンダー傘下で運営されており、Fender Custom Shop同様にフェンダー・コロナ工場にて生産されているシャーベル・カスタムショップ。硬さが伺い知れる美しい2ピース・コア・ボディ、1ピース・バーズアイ・メイプル・ネック、1Vol/PUセレクター、フロイド・ローズ・トレモロを採用しています。

PUをDimarzio DP425 Satch Track Neck＆DP216 Mo'Joeに変更しフロント/リア共にジョー･サトリアーニ仕様、ペグはGOTOH製ロックペグに変更、PUエスカッションとセレクター・キャップは交換されています。

使用感(スレや拭きスジ、ボディ周り小キズ、ピッキング痕、指板面の黒ずみ、金属パーツ/ネジ類の曇り・ビッツ、等々の外観ダメージ)が見られます。

入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・フレットすり合わせ)済み、フレット山はすり合わせにより若干低めながら演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッド左右60度まで確認済みで問題ない状態です。
