The BGB-2500 is a 4-string bass based on the original Greco BG800 (Boogie), debuted at the 1979 Musical Instrument Fair and presented in 2019.

It has a matte lacquer-finished ash body, reverse-head maple neck, ebony fingerboard, PU with PJ layout Original Alnico pickup, 2Vol/Tone, CTS pot and orange drop condenser, HIpshot A Style bridge. GOTOH GB720R pegs are used.

The BG series boasts an impressive form and high playability, and this 4-string bass is a high-end model.

The front pickup cover has been replaced, and there are some signs of use (minor scratches/paint peeling around the body, scuffs and polish marks, picking marks on the pickguard film, fogging/pits on metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).

The fretboard has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, fret adjustment) upon arrival, and the fret board is high enough for playing.

マット・ラッカー仕上のアッシュ・ボディ、リバースヘッドのメイプル・ネック、エボニー指板、PUはPJレイアウトのOriginal Alnico Pickup、2Vol/Tone、CTS製ポット＆オレンジドロップ・コンデンサー、ブリッジにHIpshot A Styleを搭載し、ペグはGOTOH GB720Rを採用しています。

印象的なフォルムと高い演奏性を誇るBGシリーズ、上位機種となる4弦ベースに仕上がっております。

フロント・ピックアップカバーを交換、使用感(ボディ周り小キズ/塗装剥がれ、スレや磨きスジ、ピックガードフィルムにピッキング痕、金属パーツやネジ類の曇り・ピッツ、等々の外観ダメージ)が見られます。

入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・フレットすり合わせ)済み、フレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッドは締める方向・緩める方向調整可能で±60°まで動作確認済みです。
