0-18自体は非常に歴史が古く、1898年頃に誕生しました。
こちらはStandardシリーズ。
オールソリッドのボディは、Topにスプルース、Side/Backにマホガニーを採用。
TopにはスキャロップドXブレーシングと、ノンスキャロップのトーンバーを採用。
約44.5mmナット幅、24.9"スケールのセレクトハードウッドNeckにはエボニー指板を貼っています。
Bodyはグロスフィニッシュで、Neckはサテンフィニッシュ。
ヘッドにはGrover製オープンバックペグを装備。
* ナットが交換されています。
* 過去にピックアップが取り付けられていた跡(エンドピン穴拡張、配線留め具残り)があります。
* Neckヒール部にストラップピンが増設されています。
入荷後、クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整済みです。
また、著名ギター工房でもメンテナンス済み！
ブリッジピン間のクラック修正(埋め加工)、バインディング剥がれ修正、バックブレーシング再接着済みです。
トラスロッドは左右60度まで確認済みにて問題なし、フレットもまだ充分残りがあります。
過去のブリッジ剥がれにつき、ブリッジ周りに塗装剥離(浮き)が見受けられます。
バインディング剥がれ跡、経年によるバインディング・バックストリップとボディとの継ぎ目に段差がございます。
Body/Neck裏/ヘッドに細かな打痕が散在しています。
他、引っかき傷、擦り傷、弾き傷が散在しています。
弾き込みによりNeck裏に艶が出ています。
使用感・経年変化はございますが、しっかりとメンテナンスしたのでプレイアビリティは良好です！
シングルオーならではのレスポンスの良さ、弱いタッチからアタックを付けたピッキングまでしっかりと反応してくれます。
スモールサイズでもしっかりと臨場感のあるサウンドを奏でてくれるのはさすがはマーティン！

Made in the Nazareth factory, USA
The 0-18 itself has a very long history, and was created around 1898.
This is a Standard series.
The all solid body is made of spruce on the top and mahogany on the sides and back.
Scalloped X-bracing on the Top and a non-scalloped tone bar.
Select hardwood neck with 44.5mm nut width and 24.9" scale is covered with ebony fingerboard.
The body has a gloss finish and the neck has a satin finish.
The head is equipped with Grover open back pegs.
* Nut has been replaced.
* There are marks where pickups were installed in the past (endpin hole extension, wiring clamp remains).
* A strap pin has been added to the heel of the Neck.
After receiving this guitar, it has been cleaned, strings replaced, rods adjusted, octave adjusted, and string height adjusted.
It has also been maintained by a well-known guitar workshop!
Cracks between bridge pins have been corrected (filled in), binding peeling has been corrected, and back bracing has been re-glued.
The truss rod has been checked to 60 degrees left and right, and there are still plenty of frets left.
There is some paint peeling (floating) around the bridge due to the bridge peeling in the past.
There is a gap between the binding, backstrip, and body due to the age of the guitar.
There are some minor dents scattered on the body, back of the neck, and head.
There are also some scratches, scuffs, and play marks scattered throughout the body.
The back of the neck has a glossy finish due to playing.
The guitar has been used and aged, but has been well maintained, so playability is good!
The response of the single O is good, and it responds well from a weak touch to picking with attack.
Even the small size produces a solid and realistic sound, as expected from Martin!
