後に通年ラインナップとして復活するRG8520の2016年・スポット生産モデル。フレイムメイプル・トップ/マホガニー・バック、RG J Custom Super Wizardシェイプのメイプル/ウォルナット5ピース・ネック、Tree of lifeインレイの施されたローズ指板、PUはDiMarzio Fusion Edgeを搭載し、3Wayセレクター＆コイルスプリットSW、Lo-Pro Edgeトレモロを採用しています。
美しい杢、端正なルックスと高い演奏性、ダイレクトマウントされたPUは素早いレスポンスに一役買っており、幅広いサウンドバリエーションでテクニカルなプレイヤーにもオススメです。
アーム及びストラップロック金具は欠品、使用感(スレや弾きキズ、ピッキング痕、金属パーツやネジ類の曇り、等々の外観ダメージ)が見られます。
入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・すり合わせ)済み、フレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッドは締める側に半周程度まで確認済みにて問題ない状態です。

This is the 2016 spot model Ibanez RG8520 (Made in Japan/Hujigen).
This is the 2016 spot production model of the RG8520, which will later return as part of the year-round lineup. Flame maple top/mahogany back, RG J Custom Super Wizard shaped maple/walnut 5-piece neck, Rose fingerboard with Tree of life inlay, DiMarzio Fusion Edge PU, 3-way selector & It is equipped with a DiMarzio Fusion Edge PU with 3-way selector and coil-split SW, and Lo-Pro Edge tremolo.
The beautiful wood grain, neat looks, high playability, and direct-mounted PU contribute to quick response and a wide range of sound variations, making this a great choice for technical players.
The arm and strap lock hardware are missing, and there are some signs of use (scratches, picking marks, metal parts and screws are cloudy, and other exterior damage).
The fret board has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and rubbing) upon arrival, the fret board is high enough to play, and the truss rod has been checked to about half way around on the tightening side.
