Momose, a brand named after Asuka Factory’s master builder, Kyoji Momose, presents its original “MC” series.

This is the Momose MC1/M. It features an alder body with an embedded joint plate, a maple neck, and a soft V-shaped maple fingerboard. It is equipped with Awake-C4 N, Awake-C4 M, and Awake-C5 B pickups, GOTOH Magnum Lock tuners, and a GE108TS tremolo, all finished with a top lacquer.

This guitar is characterized by modern playability and a sound that blends modern and vintage tones, and its excellent handling is another appealing feature.

Although there are some signs of use (scratches, wipe marks, picking marks on the pickguard film, etc.), it is in good condition.

It was fully set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, fret leveling, and nut slot correction). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both directions (tightening and loosening) up to ±60°, with no issues confirmed.
