This is a custom-order model from ESP.

The headstock and body top feature a matching marble-style finish. It features a Mirage-style Dinky body for improved access to the high frets, a one-piece, seamless maple neck (commonly known as a “New York head” neck), a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard, and a “LH-150” pickup on the bridge—a model widely used on many guitars from the 1980s through the 1990s (the neck pickup is unmarked, so the model number is unknown).The vintage-style tremolo is mounted with four screws on the sides when not in use, and features a 2-way pickup selector (no mix position), volume, and tone controls on the horn near the 1st string, along with gold hardware.

The strap pins have been replaced; the cap for the included tremolo arm is missing. There are signs of wear (such as discoloration, scuffs, playing marks, picking marks, and cosmetic damage to metal parts and screws, including tarnish, pitting, and rust).

It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret leveling). The frets are at a height that poses no issues for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both tightening and loosening directions; operation has been confirmed up to ±60° (set slightly tight).
