Designed with the playability and control desired by studio musicians, this is the Yamaha Pacifica 600 Series 612 VIIX, a Pacifica HSS model.

It features an alder body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, Seymour Duncan SSL-1/SL-1RwRp/Custom5 pickups, coil tap via the tone knob pull, a 3-way selector switch, Grover locking tuners, and a Wilkinson VS-50 tremolo system.

This model takes the practical specifications of the highly playable Pacifica series to the next level and is recommended for intermediate players and above.

The tremolo arm is missing, and the strap pins have been replaced with Schaller-type pins (no strap hardware on the strap side). There are signs of wear (minor scratches, scuffs, scuffs from wiping, picking marks, ring marks on the back of the neck, tarnish or pitting on metal parts and screws, and other cosmetic damage).

Set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and string height adjustment); the fret tops are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod has been tested up to 60 degrees in both directions and is in good working order.
