USED Atelier Z / JINO-5 Custom Kenji Jino Hino TP-BK [6.08 kg]

This is the KENJI JINO HINO Signature Model JINO-5 Custom, a 5-string bass from Atelier Z.

Featuring a J-H-J pickup configuration and a JJ/humbucker selector switch, this model boasts excellent playability and a wide range of sound-shaping capabilities. It has an ash body, a maple neck, a 34-inch scale, a maple fingerboard with binding and block position marks, an 864mm (34") scale length, and a nut width of approximately 48.0mm. The pickups are the ATELIER-Z JBZ-5 and Seymour Duncan SMB-5A.F Volume, R Volume, Humbucker Volume, Treble/Bass controls, and a JB-H selector switch; it features an Atelier Z BB58 bridge and Schaller BMFL tuners.

Weighing in at 6.08 kg, this is a substantial instrument that boasts a wide range of sound variations and excellent playability.

The 5th-string tuner has been replaced with a Hipshot bass extender; there are signs of use (minor scratches, scuffs, wear marks, playing lines, picking marks, tarnish, pitting, and rust on metal parts and screws, and other cosmetic damage).

It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, fret leveling, and strap pin replacement). The frets are at a height that poses no issues for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both tightening and loosening directions; operation has been confirmed up to ±60°.
