サンタモニカ・シリーズ スネアドラム
1980年代にDWが初めて採用したシェル・デザインをベースにしつつ、より厚みのあるオール・メイプル仕様へと進化させたモデルです。
オリジナルの仕様を継承したこの6プライ・シェルは、北米産メイプル材を100%使用し各プライを従来より厚い1/32インチ(約0.8mm)とし、6プライのメイプル製レインフォースメント・フープを装備。
さらに、外側と内側のプライには木目が横向きになるよう配置しています。
よりウッディでナチュラルながらもパワー感十分なメイプルスネアです。
細かい傷、汚れは散見されますが、そこまで使い込まれてはいない良品中古です。
なかなか中古では出回っていないモデルです。

Santa Monica Series Snare Drum
Based on the shell design first adopted by DW in the 1980s, this model has evolved into a thicker, all-maple configuration.
Inheriting the original specifications, this 6-ply shell is made from 100% North American maple, with each ply 1/32 inch (approx. 0.8 mm) thicker than before, and is equipped with a 6-ply maple reinforcement hoop.
Furthermore, the outer and inner plies are arranged so that the grain runs horizontally.
This is a maple snare drum that offers a more woody and natural sound while still delivering plenty of power.
Although there are some minor scratches and stains here and there, it is a high-quality used drum that hasn’t been overused.
This model is rarely found on the used market.

Not all of the items you purchase from us are in our Shibuya store in Tokyo where we do all of our international communications from.
