This is the Type-MS Simple Style (German Top) from Iwaneko Guitars.

Iwaneko Guitars is a Japanese handmade guitar brand created by Yasushi Iwane, a guitar luthier based in Aichi Prefecture. This model features a "Wide & Low" shape—a combination of a slightly wider, thin-profile body (408 mm [16 1/8"] wide × 104 mm thick) and a 645 mm scale length—along with the "Simple Style," which minimizes decorative elements.It features a German spruce top, bubinga sides and back, a Honduran mahogany neck, a black-and-white wood rosette, maple binding, an Indian rosewood fingerboard and bridge, Gotoh SE700 tuners, scalloped double-X bracing, a 43.5mm nut, a 644mm scale length, and a lacquer finish.

Although there are some signs of use (minor scratches, scuffs, wear marks, wipe marks, and tarnish on metal parts, etc.), the guitar is in good condition.

It was set up (cleaned, strings replaced, and truss rod adjusted) upon arrival; the frets are at a height that poses no problem for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both directions and has been tested to operate up to ±60°.
