A 1960 Stratocaster reissue featuring a matching headstock in the style of the 1960s and a slab-jointed fingerboard.

This is the Fender Custom Shop 1960 Stratocaster Relic, manufactured in 2012. It features a Premium Alder body, a Large 60s C-shaped maple neck, a 9.5R rosewood fingerboard, Dunlop 6105 Narrow Jumbo frets, three original Custom 60s single-coil pickups, and a 5-way selector switch.

With its modern specifications—including Narrow Jumbo frets, a 9.5R fingerboard, and a 5-way selector switch (with front and middle tone controls)—this player-friendly guitar boasts a distinguished look and is characterized by a rich, powerful tone.

In addition to the aged finish that replicates the guitar’s natural patina, it is in good condition, though there are some guitar stand marks and picking marks visible near the 8th fret on the back of the neck.

It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, action adjustment, fret leveling, and removal of buzzing), the fret heights are at a level suitable for playing, and the truss rod has been tested up to 60 degrees in both directions and is in good working order.
