The Signature Series brass snare drum was sold from the mid-1990s through the early 2000s.
Although the brass snare itself remained in production as part of the Symphony Series from the mid-2000s onward, the 14x4-inch model was not included in that lineup, making this a highly sought-after snare drum.

It combines the powerful sound characteristic of SONOR with the warm, brilliant tone unique to brass. It has a crisp attack even without a mute and features the responsive feel typical of a piccolo snare.
Whether you tune it high for added crispness or low to take advantage of the brass’s rich, full-bodied tone, this snare drum is versatile enough for a wide range of genres.

While it shows some general signs of use, there is no noticeable rust or pitting on the metal parts, and it is in good condition.
