Serial number 693317; the date stamp inside the shell is still visible, indicating it was manufactured on March 5, 1969.

With a short decay and a bright sound, this iconic Radick snare drum combines a funky, tight feel
mild, wood-like character—a quintessential Radick snare.
The Acrolite is lightweight, easy to handle, and highly popular.
In particular, models from the 1960s—perhaps due to the thinner shell finish—produce a more open and mellow sound.

This particular snare has not been modified in any way and features all original parts except for the heads.
The original snare wires are rusty, but they function perfectly well and pose no issues for use.
