This is Gibson's SG Special Faded with the SG shape, which represents Gibson along with Les Paul, position marks with moon inlays, and no binding.

It has a mahogany body and neck, ebony fingerboard, large pickguard, 490R & 490T PUs, and is finished without luster to reproduce its age since new.

This SG Special has a textured look with a faded finish, ebony fingerboard, and impressive crescent-shaped position marks.

The strap pin has been replaced and the tip of the truss rod cover is missing. It shows signs of use (minor scratches, scuffs and playing marks, picking marks, ring marks on the back of the neck, fogging/bitzing of metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).

The guitar has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, fret adjustment, burr removal, strap pin replacement, gouge removal, and fingerboard crack correction) upon arrival, the fret board is high enough to play, and the truss rod can be adjusted up to ±60° in both the tightening and loosening directions. The truss rod can be tightened and loosened up to ±60°.

2002年から2004年頃まで生産されていたCrescent Moon Inlay仕様、マホガニー・ボディ＆ネック、エボニー指板、ラージピックガード、PUは490R＆490Tを搭載し、新品時より経年変化を再現したツヤ無し仕上げになっています。

風合いあるルックスのフェイデッド仕上げ、エボニー指板に三日月型ポジションマークが印象的な仕様のSGスペシャルです。

ストラップピン交換、トラスロッドカバー先端が欠けています。使用感(小キズ、スレや弾きスジ、ピッキング痕、ネック裏指輪痕、金属パーツやネジ類の曇り・ビッツ、等々の外観ダメージ)が見られます。

入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・フレットすり合わせ・バリ取り・ストラップピン交換・ガリ取り・指板割れ修正)済み、フレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッドは締める方向・緩める方向調整可能で±60°まで動作確認済みです。
