The truss rod is at its limit and the neck is warped in the forward direction, causing a stuck sound at the 20th fret of the 3rd string, and other areas may be affected depending on how it is played. The bass will be delivered to you in its current condition.
Neck Condition: Forward Bend
Truss Rod: Tighten/Loosen direction is the limit.
Fret remaining: 60-70%.
