Valley Arts M Series Jazz Bass Style Model.
Specifications are unknown as no spec sheet is available. The body is likely ash, the neck maple, the fingerboard ebony. It features EMG pickups. Controls include a pickup balancer, volume, and tone. There are four controls with Phillips screws on the control panel on the back of the body, allowing adjustment of the treble and bass for each pickup.

The frets have been leveled.
Operating the controls on the rear panel may occasionally produce crackling noise. The instrument is sold as-is. The control section is excluded from the used warranty.
The strap pins are lock-type, but the lock pin on the opposite side is missing.
Extensive paint loss is visible at the headstock tip. The edge of the fingerboard near the 5th fret on the 1st string side is dented. Scratches and dents are present on the neck back.
There are paint cracks and chips at the neck joint, numerous scratches and dents on the body, and paint cracks and unevenness on the body binding.
The "EMG" logo on the pickups is fading. There is paint chipping near the control panel on the back of the body. Discoloration, tarnish, and pitting are noticeable on the metal parts.
Other signs of wear and dullness are present, but overall condition is good.
