Yamaha Tenor Saxophone YTS-62S

Silver-plated finish, with a High F# key; this is a late-model version of the original 62 series featuring the manufacturer’s logo engraved on the bell.
The first-generation Yamaha 62 is highly sought after as a “Japan Vintage” model, and we’ve just received a particularly popular silver-plated example.
It has a smooth, light playing feel, and the sound is slightly dark with a touch of grit.

While there are some minor scratches from use, there is no noticeable damage, and considering its age, it is in relatively good condition.
We have performed maintenance, including the replacement of all pads, so it is ready for use without any issues.
Repair Details: Disassembled and cleaned, polished, all pads replaced, two defective rubber parts replaced, neck cork replaced, balance adjusted, oil and grease reapplied

Condition Grade: B+: Some scratches are present, but the instrument is suitable for normal use

ジャパンヴィンテージとして人気の高いヤマハ初代62ですが、その中でもさらに人気の銀メッキの個体が入荷しました。
吹奏感はクセが少なく軽め、サウンドはややダークで雑味のある印象です。

使用に伴う細かな傷は一部に見られますが、目立ったダメージはなく年代を考えるとコンディションは比較的良好です。
全タンポ交換を含むメンテナンスを行っておりますので、問題なくお使いいただけます。
修理内容:分解クリーニング・洗浄、磨き、全タンポ交換済み、不良軟物2ヶ所交換、ネックコルク交換、バランス調整、オイル・グリス再注油
