There are several legendary drive pedals that Char loved to use.
Among them, we thoroughly analyzed the sounds of several units—including Char’s own Klon CENTAUR, which he particularly favored and used for many years, and several units owned by VEMURAM that are believed to have exceptional sound quality.
Furthermore, since Char created that signature drive sound not just with the drive pedal alone, but by combining it with the boost sounds of units like the Roland CE-1 and Watkins Copicat, we began development with the goal of creating a new drive sound that reflects these nuances as well.
Over the course of more than a year of development, Char himself used prototype units on stage countless times, and through repeated design changes and tuning based on his feedback, the pedal evolved into the new medium-gain drive sound we were aiming for.

Externally, there are scattered minor scratches and dirt from normal use, but there are no operational issues.

Charが愛用したドライブペダルには、いくつもの名機が存在します。
その中でも、Charが特に気にいって長年愛用した本人のKlon CENTAURと、VEMURAMが所有する特にサウンドが良いと思われる個体を含む複数台のサウンドを徹底的に検証。
また、Charはドライブペダル単体ではなく、Roland CE?1やWatkins Copicatなどが持つブーストサウンドとの組み合わせで、あのドライブサウンドをメイクしていることから、これらのニュアンスをも反映させた新たなドライブサウンドを目指すべく開発をスタートしました。
そして1年以上の開発期間の間に、Char自身が現場で幾度となくサンプル機を使用し、そこからのフィードバックで設計変更やチューニングを繰り返すことで、目指したミディアムゲインの新たなドライブサウンドに進化を遂げました。

外観上、通常使用による小キズ、汚れが点在しておりますが、動作上問題ございません。
