The body top is made of high-grade quilted maple. The basis of the sound is the ash back. Of course, the chambered specs and total weight of 3.99kg will take care of its player. The maple neck has a satin-finished back, and the fingerboard surface is also covered with high-grade maple. The scale is 34 inches and the nut width is approximately 39.8 mm. Both the neck and body are branded with "Sadowsky NYC" at the joints. The PU is original, and the preamp has Vol, Balancer, Treble, Bass, and can be driven passively by pulling the Bass knob. The VTC circuit with Tone control is not installed since it is an old type. The nut has been replaced.

There is a picking scratch on the upper right side of the front PU with a cloudy fine feeling. There are also marks on both sides of the front PU where a fence was installed. There are large and small dents mainly on the bottom of the body top, and the bottom edge has many of these dents, giving the impression of use. There is also a minor paint crack of about 6 cm in the vertical direction about 4 cm to the left of the truss rod wheel, but it is only visible in the light. There are numerous dents on the lower right and left sides of the body. There is a 1.7cm paint crack on the 1st string side of the neck joint and a 3mm paint crack on the 4th string side. There are numerous buckle scratches on the upper part of the body back, and numerous large and small dents on the lower part. There are fingernail marks all over the back of the neck, and darkening from the nut to the 4th floor and at the heel of the neck. There are many dents and scratches around the head, and the head logo is peeling clear. The fret side of the fingerboard has some darkening and clear peeling from use. The strap pin has been replaced and one back panel retaining screw has been replaced. All hardware has some chrome loss and deterioration, but is in working order.

The neck is in good condition, and the truss rod can be adjusted in the tightening or loosening direction. There are no noticeable string marks on the frets, and about 70% of the strings are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 12F 4th string side and about 1.8mm on the 1st string side.

Overall, the guitar has been used quite a bit and is not in collectible condition. However, it can be said that the previous owner loved the sound of the guitar and used it a lot. We hope that young players will choose this instrument because it can be used without hesitation if it has been used this much.

ボディトップは高級感溢れるキルトメイプル。サウンドの基本となるのはバックのアッシュです。もちろんチェンバード仕様でトータルウェイトも3.99kgとなっており、そのプレイヤーを労ってくれます。メイプルネックで裏面はサテン仕上げ、指板面もハイグレードなメイプルが貼られております。スケールは34インチで、ナット幅は約39.8mmとなっております。ネックとボディ共にジョイント部分にはちゃんと『Sadowsky NYC』の焼印があります。バックパネルを開けるとその裏面にもMichael Phillipsのサインと2004年1月のサインがあります。PUはオリジナルで、プリアンプもVol、バランサー、Treble、BassとなっておりBassノブをプルすればパッシブで駆動します。旧タイプなのでToneコントロール可能なVTC回路は搭載しておりません。ナットは交換されております。

フロントPU右上には曇った細かい感じでピッキングキズがあります。またフロントPU両脇にはフェンスを取り付けた跡があります。ボディトップ下部を中心に大小打痕が存在しており、下部エッジ部分にはその打痕が多く存在しており使用感を感じさせます。またトラスロッドホイールから左に4cm程のところに縦方向で約6cm程の軽微な塗装クラックがありますが光に当てて分かる程度です。ボディ右下サイドと左下サイド部分には打痕が多数存在しております。ネックジョイント1弦側には約1.7cm塗装クラックがあり、4弦側には約3mm程の塗装クラックがあります。ボディバック上部にはバックルキズが多数あり、下部には大小打痕が多数存在しております。ネック裏には全体的に爪痕があり、ナット周りから4Fまでとネックヒール部分には黒ずみがあります。ヘッド周りには多くの打痕やあてキズがあり、ヘッドロゴにはクリア剥がれがあります。指板フレットサイドには使用によるクリア剥がれや黒ずみがあります。ストラップピンが交換されており、バックパネル留めネジが1本交換されております。各ハードウェアにはメッキ落ちや劣化がありますが動作には問題ありません。

ネックコンディションは問題なく、トラスロッドは締める方向緩める方向に調整可能で、締める方向に固めですがまだ回せ調整可能です。フレットには目立つ弦痕等はなく、残り7割程です。現状弦高は12F4弦側で約2.0mm、1弦側で約1.8mmで調整されております。

全体的にはかなりの使用感があり、コレクタブルなコンディションとはいえません。ですが前オーナーはそのサウンドを気に入ってガンガン使っていた証拠ともいえます。ここまでの使用感であれば遠慮なく使えるので是非とも若いプレイヤーにお選び頂きたいですね。
