Made in Japan in 2004-2005, popular model with Alder body & USA pickups

We have determined from the serial that it was made in 2004-2005. Body is Alder, neck is Maple, fingerboard is Rosewood, and PU is made in the original USA, although the wiring material is vinyl coated type. The spiral saddle, ground plate from the rear PU, and alder body make it a JB62-75US, a popular model at the time.

The body has wipe scratches, scuffs, line scratches, and dents. The pickguard is finely clouded and has picking scratches throughout. There is a fine line scratch on the upper left side of the body top, and a sesame-sized ding on the lower left side of the rear PU. There is a line scratch on the upper right side of the body, and large and small dents are scattered on the lower left side of the body. Other minor dents and scratches are scattered throughout the body. There is a line scratch on the top of the body back and a scratch on the edge of the upper left side. All hardware has some scratches and signs of use, but there is no noticeable damage.

The truss rod can be adjusted in the direction of tightening or loosening, and can still be adjusted by turning it slightly in the direction of tightening. There are no string marks on the frets and about 60% of the frets are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.5mm on the 12F 4th string side and about 2.0mm on the 1st string side.

Overall, there is no noticeable damage, and the condition is relatively good for its age. Alder body and vintage style models made in Japan are at a premium in price, so this one is a good target. It is still playable and can still be used!

2004-2005年日本製、アルダーボディ&USAピックアップ搭載人気モデル

シリアルから2004-2005年製と判断しております。ボディはアルダー、ネックはメイプル、指板はローズウッド。PUは配線材がビニール被膜タイプながらもオリジナルのUSA製。スパイラルサドルにリアPUからのアースプレート、アルダーボディから当時に人気モデルJB62-75USと判断しております。

ボディには拭きキズ、スリキズ、線キズ、打痕があります。ピックガードには細かく曇った感じでピッキングキズが全体的にあります。ボディトップ左上に細かい線キズがあり、リアPU左下にゴマ粒大の打痕があります。ボディ右上サイド部分に線キズがあり、左下サイド部分には大小打痕が点在しております。その他軽微な打痕やスリキズが点在しております。ボディバック上部には線キズがあり、左上サイド部分エッジ部分にはスリキズがあります。各ハードウェアにはクスミや少しだけ使用感がありますが目立つダメージ等はありません。

ネックコンディションは概ね問題なく、トラスロッドは締める方向緩める方向に調整可能で、締める方向にまだ少しだけ回せ調整可能です。フレットには弦跡等は無く残りは6割程です。現状弦高は12F4弦側で約2.5mm、1弦側で約2.0mmで調整されております。

全体的には目立つダメージはなく、年式からすると比較的良好なコンディションです。アルダーボディ&ヴィンテージスタイルモデルの新品日本製モデルがかなり高騰している現状、こちらは狙い目ではないでしょうか?プレイアビリティも取れておりまだまだ使えますよ!
