1995 Custom Shop made, all mahogany body Les Paul Classic!

The logo on the back of the nut indicates that it was made by the Custom Shop. Based on the regular Les Paul Classic, it features an all-mahogany body and an open-zebra 57 Classic.

The all-mahogany body is achieved by matching the top mahogany with the back mahogany. The mahogany neck is finished thin as a whole, as it is only a classic bass. The neck is made by Custom Shop, but it is not a deep joint. The classic basses usually use a combination of 496R & 500T with ceramic magnets and high power, but this one is equipped with 57Classic, a PAF replica of the time, in open and zebra style.

The body has wipe scratches, scuffs, line scratches, and dents. The pickguard has picking scratches in a fine overall feeling. There are line scratches on the tip of the cutaway, and fine scratches and dings mainly on the lower outer edge. There are scratches and abrasions on the sides of the jack. There is a line scratch on the lower right portion of the body back and a slight scratch in the center. The lower left edge of the body back has a peel of paint the size of a grain of rice. There are dots of dents the size of sesame seeds on the center of the second floor of the back of the neck. The top right edge of the head has a faint scratch, and there are paint gaps around the veneer and head logo area due to aging. The truss rod cover screw holes, jack plate screw holes, and the inside of each knob have cracks due to age, but there are no problems with use or operation. Also, there is some deterioration of the plating and some smudges on the hardware.

The neck has a forward warp at the high position of the first string, but this has been adjusted by fretting the strings at the current fret board. The truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen. There are no string marks on the frets and about 80% of the strings are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 6th string (12F) and about 1.5mm on the 1st string (12F).

Overall, the guitar is in relatively good condition with some signs of age and use. The neck condition is also generally fine and not noticeable unless you ask. If you like the sound of Les Paul Custom 54 or 57 and are looking for a thinner neck, this is the guitar for you!

1995年カスタムショップ製、オールマホガニーボディのレスポールクラシック!

ナット裏にあるロゴからカスタムショップ製であることがわかります。通常のクラシックをベースに、オールマホガニーボディ、オープンゼブラの57クラシック搭載が特徴です。

トップのマホガニーとバックとマホガニーを合わせるかたちでオールマホガニーを実現。マホガニーネックはクラシックベースだけあってかなり全体的に薄く仕上げられております。またカスタムショップ製ですがいわゆるディープジョイントではありません。クラシックであれば通常セラミックマグネットでハイパワーな496R＆500Tのコンビネーションですが、こちらは当時のPAFレプリカである57Classicをオープン&ゼブラで搭載しております。

ボディには拭きキズ、スリキズ、線キズ、打痕があります。ピックガードには全体的に細かい感じでピッキングキズがあります。カッタウェイ先端部分には線キズがあり、下部外周エッジ部分を中心に細かいスリキズや当てキズがあります。ジャック脇には当てキズやすりきずがあります。ボディバック右下部分に線キズがあり、中央部分にはわずかにスリキズがあります。またボディバック左下エッジ部分には米粒大の塗装剥がれがあります。ネック裏２F中央部分にはゴマ粒大の打痕が点々とあります。ヘッドトップ右上エッジには薄っすら当てキズがあり、突板周りやヘッドロゴ周りには経年変化による塗装ギャップがあります。トラスロッドカバーネジ穴部分・ジャックプレートネジ穴部分・各ノブ内側には経年変化によるクラックがありますが、使用・動作には問題ありません。また各ハードウェアにはメッキの劣化やクスミがあります。

ネックコンディションは1弦ハイポジションで順反りがありますが、現状フレットでのすり合わせで調整されており弦高が高すぎて弾けないような事はありません。トラスロッドは締める方向緩める方向に調整可能です。フレットには弦跡等は無く残りは8割程です。現状弦高は12F6弦側で約2.0mm、1弦側で約1.5mmで調整されております。

全体的には経年変化や年式相応の使用感等ありますが比較的良好な状態です。ネックコンディションも概ね問題なく、言われなければわからない程度です。レスポール・カスタム54・57辺りのサウンドが好みの方でネックが薄めをお探しの方にはオススメです!
