Named after Ted McCarty, the father of the LP model, this guitar is one of the more traditional models in the PRS lineup. 10Top grade curly maple top, 1P mahogany back body, mahogany mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard. mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Lacquer finish and SANTANA shape headstock are also features of this model. The neck scale is 24.5" scale and the neck shape is Wide Fat. The pickups are a set of "57/08" pickups, which are based on the vintage humbuckers made in 1957. The pickups are not high output, but they have a very raw and fat sound. The tone knob can be pulled up for coil tapping.

The metal parts are dull due to age. There are some minor scratches on the top and tip of the head. There is no noticeable damage to the neck. The body shows signs of use with minor scratches, and the paint is cracked near the end pins. The body shows minor scratches and some paint cracks near the end pins.

Neck condition is currently fine.
There is enough room in the truss rod. 60 degrees in both directions has been confirmed.
There is enough room for about 80% of the frets to remain.
String height on 12F: 6th string side: approx. 2.0mm, 1st string side: approx. 1.5mm
