This is a 14 "x5.5" snare drum from Gretsch's flagship "USA Custom Series".
The USA Custom Series features a maple 6-ply shell, combined with a unique Silver Sealer (silver interior) and die-cast hoops to achieve both a thick core sound and a fast attack.

There are some fine scratches on the surface of the shell that may have been polished with sandpaper.
Other parts such as metal parts are very clean and can be used without any problem.
