BOSSのOD-1が入荷しました!シリアルナンバーから1979年製と判断しています。
このシリアルの年式は仕様変更過渡期で、銀ネジ、全角ハイフンといった最初期の仕様(クリスタルスイッチを除く)を備えながらオペアンプはJRC4558D搭載となっています。現代のTS系に通ずるようなまろやかな歪みとなっており、パーツ的な扱いやすさも含めてより実践的な仕様となっているとも言えます。
年式相応に使用感はありますが、動作に問題はございません。

The BOSS OD-1 has arrived! Based on the serial number, we believe it was manufactured in 1979.
This serial number falls during a transitional period of specification changes; while it features the earliest specifications—such as silver screws and full-width hyphens (excluding the crystal switch)—it is equipped with a JRC4558D op-amp. It produces a mellow distortion reminiscent of modern TS-style pedals, and it could be said that this makes for a more practical specification, including the ease of handling its components.
It shows signs of use commensurate with its age, but there are no issues with its operation.

Not all of the items you purchase from us are in our Shibuya store in Tokyo where we do all of our international communications from.
