The 24-fret M Series from Valley Arts (Made in Japan) has arrived!

This particular guitar is a Made in Japan version (circa 1986 to 1992) from the period before Valley Arts Guitars came under the Samik and Gibson umbrella (Pre-Samik & Pre-Gibson).
The serial number stamped on the neck plate consists solely of numbers, with no letters. (Serial Number: 6087; there are no stamps or markings inside the body or near the neck end.)
As this instrument is more than 35 years old, it shows signs of wear and tear commensurate with its age.
While there is no major, noticeable damage to the wood, there are numerous scratches and minor dents throughout the instrument.
Additionally, there are some minor cracks and peeling of the finish around the neck pocket, but it has been cleaned and is in a clean condition.
The original frets show no severe wear, though there are slight wear marks from the 1st to the 2nd fret.
In terms of overall condition, attempting a aggressive setup typical of modern high-end U.S. brands would likely cause strain on the instrument; therefore, this guitar is best suited for players familiar with Japanese vintage or older guitars.
