A 1993–1994 Fender Japan ST-38 in Sonic Blue has just arrived!
This model was positioned in the standard class at the time and features a classic configuration combining a basswood body with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. It incorporates Rotomatic-style tuners and a truss rod adjustable from the headstock, offering easy handling and stable playability.
With three single-coil pickups and a 5-way selector switch—a classic Stratocaster configuration—this guitar lets you fully appreciate the unique character of each position, ranging from a well-defined, clear tone to a light, airy half-tone.
The pickguard and the sticker that was once affixed to the body have been removed, but the difference in discoloration compared to the surrounding areas is noticeable. While there are signs of wear commensurate with its age—such as scuffs and tarnish on the metal parts—the guitar has been cleaned and set up and is in pristine condition.
