Based on the “Virtuoso FL”—FUJIGEN’s high-end line that embodies the company’s technical expertise and aesthetic sensibility—this instrument was crafted to order for the company’s flagship store, Custom House. The body top features Claro walnut with striking feather-like grain patterns, finished in a Natural finish that highlights the wood’s inherent complex shades and tones.
The body back is crafted from Aqua Timber-treated Honduran mahogany and features the Virtuoso FL’s unique construction, which integrates the top wood in a three-dimensional manner. The neck also employs a three-piece laminated construction combining Aqua Timber maple and Honduran mahogany, designed to deliver rich resonance and exceptional rigidity.
Equipped with GOTOH 510 locking tuners, gold hardware, two humbuckers, and two mini-switches, this guitar offers a wide range of tones—from a thick, full-bodied humbucker sound to a light and nimble tone—making it highly versatile for live performances.
While there are signs of age-appropriate wear—such as dents and scratches on the body edges and sides, as well as some tarnish on the metal parts—the guitar has been cleaned and set up and is in overall clean condition.
