Hofner violin basses from Hofner, a German brand founded in 1887, are in stock.
Spruce top, flamed maple side back, and 2-piece maple neck. Fingerboard and bridge are made of rosewood.
Hofner Ignition Staple Nickel pickups give the violin bass a unique hollow sound.

Control knobs have been replaced.
There is a chip on the back edge of the body.
There are some scuffs and dings.
The neck is slightly wavy, but in playing condition.
