Selmer Tenor Saxophone Mark 6
Serial #92665 Tube weight 3356 grams (neck 159 grams).
Selmer Mark 6 with HighF#key, made around 1960.
The LowC keyguard pedestal has been modified with solder, and the modification marks are still there.
Also, there is a name engraved on the inside of the pipe, although it is not visible without disassembling (* 13th image).
The instrument is in practical condition with other scratches, lacquer peeling, and modification marks that are due to age and normal use.
The tampos have all been replaced with new ones, and the instrument has been tuned to perfection, so it can be used for a long time.
It produces a very nice sound with a flavor that cannot be found in today's instruments.
Repair details: disassembled and cleaned, all tampos replaced, all soft parts replaced, neck cork replaced, LowC keyguard base solder corrected, spring rust removed, balanced, oil and grease re-lubricated

LowCキイガード台座のハンダ修正を行っており、修正跡が残っています。
また、分解しないとわからない部分ではありますが、管体内側に名前が彫られております(* 画像13枚目)。
その他、経年劣化や通常使用に伴う傷やラッカー剥がれ、修正跡などがある実用的なコンディションの楽器です。
タンポは全て新品交換し、きっちり調整済みですので長くお使いいただけます。
現在の楽器では出ない味わいのあるとても良い音が出ます。
修理内容:分解クリーニング、全タンポ交換、全軟物交換、ネックコルク交換、LowCキイガード台座ハンダ修正、バネ錆落とし、バランス調整、オイル・グリス再注油
