1964 SG Junior
This is an SG Junior made in 1964, when the model name on the head was removed and the model was officially named SG Junior.
Both pots have been replaced with recent CTS ones, but we judge it to be made in 1964 from the serial number and other specifications.
The neck paint has not been modified much, and the feel when you hold it is excellent. The shape is relatively slim and has good playability.
The pegs have been replaced and are currently equipped with a single row engraved Cruson 3-ring type.
The pickguard is black/white/black 3-ply, and the P.U. is judged to be original from the way the shield wire is twisted, etc. Repair marks can be seen on the P.U. mounting holes.
There is a repair mark near the control knob.

This guitar has a solid, crisp, and light sound with the charm of vintage mahogany guitars.
The cherry color has almost faded away, forming an austere atmosphere. The bright cherry color peeking out from various parts of the body back, inside the cavity, and under the pickguard is sexy and enjoyable both to look at and to play.
There are scratches and dents commensurate with its age, overall faded color, dull parts, rust, and other signs of use.
The neck is in good playing condition.

SG Junior
